Living Trust Estate Plan Package 2 - Basic Living Trust Estate Plan with Real Property

•A living trust to hold your assets to be distributed after your passing without subjecting your beneficiaries to the hassle of probate;
•A pour-over will placing all assets not accounted for in the living trust (such as those acquired later in your life or which were not placed in the trust by accident) into the trust at the time of your passing;
